Mission Statement
To provide, and Assist in delivering water systems and relevant Humanitarian aid to people affected by natural and other disasters.
Location
It’s Head Office is 92 Doveton Ave, Eummemering, Victoria, a suburb of Melbourne.
Staff
With the exception of two part time administration staff all work for the organisation is carried out by volunteers.
Volunteers include Rotarians from Clubs across Australia and non Rotarians
Charitable Status
Disaster Aid Australia (‘DAA’) is a company limited by guarantee (ABN 55 129 338 825) and a charitable institution with the usual Australian tax concessions.
It also has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status
We are also registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC.)
Money donated to Disaster Aid Australia can only be used to fund aid to developing countries.
